Powerkit BMW R 80 1981 onwards

For conversion of all R 80 models 1981 onwards from 800 cc to 1000 cc WITHOUT reworking the cilinder heads.

The Powerkit combines running smoothness and performance over the entire engine range. After the conversion the GS, G/S and ST ride the road with an amazing 60 HP. The R 80 road models can even be increased by another 4 HP.
In adition the torque is about 30% higher. At the same time fuel consumption is reduced by about 1 liter for 100 KM asuming the same drive style as the forged pistons are 150 grams lighter than the original ones. Good? - Perfect!

Powerkit includes:

2 x nicasil coated cilinders

2 x molybdenum coated, forged pistons, compression ratio 9.5 : 1, each is 150 grams lighter than the original piston, piston rings, gudgeon pins and circlips.
